Welcome!
My name is Maria
I am a psychotherapist under supervision
This means that I continue my professional training at the Vienna School of Existential Analysis while also running my own practice.

Supervision means that I regularly consult my work with experienced colleagues and trainers from Europe and North America. This helps to ensure a high standard of care and a safe therapeutic space, while maintaining full confidentiality of every client.
Method
Professional Standards
There is room in life for both joy and suffering. I don’t promise to remove difficulties, but I can be there with you - offering a space for reflection and healing, supporting you as you navigate life’s ups and downs, and helping you discover meaning, inner resources, and opportunities for growth.

Existential analysis supports a shift from being a passive observer to becoming an active participant in your own life. Even when circumstances cannot be changed, there remains a space of inner freedom within you. Together, we can explore and gradually expand that space.

I regularly consult my work with experienced colleagues from Europe and North America.
I am engaged in my own personal therapy, which is an essential part of professional ethics.
Confidentiality
Everything you bring into therapy remains between us. This is the foundation of our work together.

My path in working with people began more than fifteen years ago through body-oriented approaches - yoga, somatic practices, and mindfulness. Today, I build on this foundation in my psychotherapy practice.

Specialization
You may recognize yourself in some of the following:
Anxiety prevents you from living fully
You feel like you are constantly falling behind, which gradually leads to exhaustion, burnout, or chronic fatigue.
You live in constant tension
The world may feel unsafe, and your inner resources seem insufficient. You may feel a strong need for control, which keeps you in ongoing stress.
You are constantly afraid of losing relationships
At times you may hold on too tightly, and at other times avoid closeness to protect yourself from pain.
Fear holds you back from taking action
You have desires and plans, but fear of failure leads you to postpone them. This limits your freedom and prevents you from living the life you want.
You find it difficult to make decisions
Fear of making a mistake often keeps you stuck, unsure of which direction to take.
You are going through a period of change
Moving, a breakup, a new life stage, or a sense of losing yourself. In such moments, it is especially important to have a safe space where you can process your experience and gradually reconnect with your inner support.
